Our board
Position Science Club for Girls is seeking volunteers to serve on its Governance & Nominating Committee. This committee is chaired by a member of the Board of Directors in collaboration with the Board Chair, the Clerk and the Executive Director and seeks to strengthen the organization and ensure its sustainability as it evolves.  Volunteers will help to research board related best practices and to oversee the identification, recruitment, orientation, training and retention of board members.

Donation Organization requires a specific amount of “give or get” for all board members.
Requirements
Additional Info Board candidates are introduced to the organization through volunteer service on board committees during which they are expected to engage with the board and staff members. Science Club for Girls values diversity and strives to recruit women and men as volunteers who reflect the population of girls that it serves.
