Position Chair: Appointed by the Board Chair or Co-Chairs in consultation with the Executive Committee Members: Metro Housing Board Members

 

Responsibilities: Ensures that Metro Housing is paying fair, comparable, and competitive salaries and providing attractive benefits to its employees without regard to race, ethnicity, and gender so as to assist with recruitment and retention of highly qualified people, and subject only to funding and/or contractual limitations.

When Full board meets quarterly - second Wednesday of the third month. Committees meet quarterly in the first month. Executive Committee meets quarterly on the first Wednesday of the second month.
Where The board and its committees all meet remotely via Zoom. When in person, the full board meets at Metro Housing's offices at 1411 Tremont Street, Boston MA. Committee meetings are held
Commitment 1 to 3 hours/month
Donation Organization strives for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
