| Our board | The REACH Board of Directors is an engaged and committed group of community members who not only fulfill the fiduciary and legal requirements of board service, they also act as ambassadors for the organization. Directors are expected to participate in carrying out the mission of REACH. They agree to attend directors' meetings and provide leadership for at least one board committee, contribute funds for annual operations and any special programs, engage others in the organization's work, and overall support REACH in achieving its strategic goals. |

| Position | REACH's Development Committee welcomes non-board members. This Committee is responsible for providing assistance and oversight to REACH's Director of Development to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the organization's fundraising efforts, including our annual gala. Specific duties and responsibilities - in partnership with the Director of Development:

| On-boarding | REACH offers training for all new staff and volunteers - Board members are expected to participate within their term. Senior team members provide initial orientation and education regarding organization structure, mission, funding and regulations. |

| Additional Info | A Development Committee member does not have to serve on the Board. Meetings for the Development Committee would be set based on the availability of the members. |
