Our board The Board establishes direction, secures resources, and provides oversight for the corporation.  It is expected that Directors:

  • attend all board meetings as well as a majority of board functions and events and come prepared to contribute

  • serve as a resource of knowledge and counsel to the Executive Director and other board members

  • be an active, educated advocate

  • assist with recruitment of other board nominees and soliciting financial donations

  • willingness to serve on committees and take on special assignments
Position Helps establish organizational direction, secure resources, and provide fiduciary and strategic oversight. Does this by attending all board meetings, events and all annual meetings; serving as a resource of knowledge to others on the board; taking on special assignments; seeking/providing financial donations; advocating for the organization.

Donation Organization strives for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
Requirements
On-boarding Tailored For Success provides onboarding training for all its new board members.  Looking for someone to start in third quarter of 2019. Term is for 3 years
