Board Member – HR
|Current Board members are Community advocates, City governance and nonprofit leaders . We're looking for new board members that can help us build out and formailize systems and processes. Formal expectations to attend monthly meetings but will appreciate involvement outside of board meetings.
|We are seeking a new board member with HR experience to help formalize the organization's policies and procedures. This includes helping to further develop the Executive Director evaluation, creating volunteer and intern policies, reviewing staffing structures and future needs, and staff handbook.

|Second Friday of the month
|WEE's office in Revere or virtual
|1 to 3 hours/month
|We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
|No formal requirements but desire for board members with experience in human resources, fundraising, nonprofit compliance/law.
|Meetings with ED and existing board members as needed.
