Board Member – HR
Our board | We currently have a seven person Board of Trustees. The board meetings every 4-6 weeks, mostly via Zoom for around 2 hours. All members also participate on at least one board committee (Executive, Program, Development, Asset Management). Committee meetings also happen every 4-6 weeks and are one hour long. There is no specific fundraising requirement beyond making an annual gift that is "meaningful to you." Trustees are encouraged to act as ambassadors for our organization in their daily lives and share information about our events and programs when possible. |

Position | We are looking for someone who has HR experience and can provide thought partnership to the Executive Director as it relates to Human Resources. We are looking for someone who is also well versed in improving equity in an organizations salary and benefit structures. |
