Board Member – HR
Our board | ETC is a peer based mental health support services to the communities and companies we partner with. We are a brand new nonprofit and the board is still currently forming. We are looking for a diverse group people with a wide variety of backgrounds. |

Commitment | 3 to 5 hours/month |

Donation | Organization strives for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions. |

Requirements | Attend monthly meetings, review nonprofit documents, participate in voting. We prefer (but don't require) them to also join one of the four committees: governance, community outreach, marketing and fundraising. |

On-boarding | Onboarding board members will have a 1 hour intro call with Cheryl Knight to summarize the current operation. |

Additional Info | Participation in a committee is preferred but not a requirement for consideration. |

Our mission | To improve access to free, peer-delivered, mental health support services to individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Expressive Therapeutic Collective aims to facilitate peer-delivered support services including support groups, art, music, dance, movement, writing, and various other workshops through providing infrastructure, innovation, and community/virtual based resources. |
