| Our mission | Our mission is to equip patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals throughout Massachusetts with local resources and collaborative communities that afford them the very best chance at optimal health outcomes. We provide free patient transportation, free wellness grants, and free continuing education for healthcare professionals. We are working to close the gap in healthcare inequity by providing accessibility. |
