TE’s Development and Marketing Committee included both board members and other volunteers. Committee helps to plan fundraising events, consult on development strategy and planning, and solicit donors when appropriate.
Work with Board treasurer and other committee members to review monthly financial statements, consult on budget creation, receive/review audited financial statements, and consult on fiscal policy and management.
Advise the organization regarding technology decisions, help find pro-bono support when available.
