| Position | As a leanly staffed organization, Alray’s Board of Directors have a mix of governance and operational responsibilities. As such, we are looking to add board members who are thinkers, do-ers, and connectors. We seek people who are willing to wrestle with tough strategic and financial questions; roll up their sleeves to plan events, mentor scholars, and write and send fundraising appeals; and cultivate their networks for potential partners and supporters to help Alray expand its reach. |
