|Sportsmen's board and committee members should share a commitment to improving life outcomes for youth and families in Boston's inner city, particularly along the Blue Hill Corridor. They should grasp the importance of sports-based youth development, and of addressing the needs of the whole child, and in the same manner, the whole adult as it pertains to under-resourced adults, families and communities.

1) Academic and Social Wellness Program Evaluation Committee
2) Development Committee
3) Marketing Committee
4) Human Resources and Governance Committee
5) Facilities Management Committee
6) Tennis Programs Committee
|Business Development, Communications, Finance, Fundraising, Information Technology, Marketing, Strategy Consulting
|1 to 3 hours/month
|We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
|As a priority, additional members are sought who can contribute to Sportsmen's interests in: expanding its visibility into new markets using social media; measuring the impact of its educational programs; identifying and engaging major donors; and improving and expanding its physical plan, and ensuring that its policies and procedures are consistent with current legal requirements.
