Our board We want to add additional Board Members. Have each member sit on at least one committee. We need a Vice Chair who is willing to move into a Chair position when the Chair is ready to step down.
Position Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.

Requirements A Board member who is committed to attend meetings in person or through a conference call/skype, etc. All meetings are held primarily on Tuesday at 6pm. Some Committee or Subcommittee meetings may be on a different day and time. Provide advice, give feedback and ask questions. Support the work of the Board and Executive Management Team.

Board Terms are two, 3 year terms. Officers are voted in for 2 year terms (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Clerk).
